La Perle is a precious pearl of an apartment in the village of Haut de Cagnes. It is conveniently situated on a very charming courtyard off the village main street. In other words, there is the main apartment with master bedroom, bathroom, sitting/dining/kitchen and seaview terrace. In addition there is the guest bedroom with it own kitchenette and bathroom two floors below.

You enter the building from a courtyard. The guest bedroom (20m2) is on this level. It is a wonderful room with high ceiling and a 160cm double bed stands under the wooden beams. This room is quiet and cooler than the main rooms being more sheltered from the summer heat. No air con is necessary but there is a ceiling fan for your comfort. French doors open onto a shaded impasse at the foot of the bed. Therefore this room is like an independent suite with its own kitchenette with sink, fridge and 2 ring electric stove. After that, there is a bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and w.c.

Climb one flight of stairs and arrive at the door to the main part of the apartment (43m2). Then take a curved staircase to the main bedroom and bathroom level.

You access the bedroom through sliding doors. It is a bright and pretty room under the original beams with a 160cm double bed. There is plenty of wardrobe space, bedside tables, reading lights, a small iron chair and air con. In addition, there is  a bathroom beside the bedroom. It offers a wash hand basin, walk in shower and w.c.

A staircase takes you up to the main living space, which will take your breathe away with its brightness and stunning sea view. It is positioned under the ceiling eaves with flashes of colour from the blue sky, turquoise sea and scattered cushions. A round dining table stands in the centre of the room with comfy sofa and armchairs around. In addition, there is a fireplace, book shelves and many eye catching decorative details. There is wifi in the main apartment only plus air con. This room simply basks in the sunlight, so air con is a must.

In addition, the kitchen at the far end, is well equipped with fridge/freezer, electric oven, stove and microwave. Similarly, there is a sink, toaster, kettle, Bialetti coffee maker and plenty of crockery, etc.

This darling, seaview rental has a terrace offering views from Cagnes to Cap d’Antibes. It is south-west facing and you can look across the roof tops below and towards the hills behind. There is a table for outside dining, comfortable seating and an awning to offer protection from the August sun. In conclusion, it is the perfect place for summer dining under the stars. Above all,  you have the ideal view for many of the summer coastal firework displays!

La Perle is a prestigious apartment offering privacy to those travelling together. However there is  a wonderful shared space in which you can enjoy outdoor or outdoor dining. It is tastefully decorated with charming details such as antique wooden doors and ceiling beams.  It is a seaview rental with so much more, it is not suitable for children under 12 years. Animals are not accepted.

Situated just off the village main street and very close to the free shuttle bus stop, so it is easily accessed. There is free street parking and the paying village and town car parks are usually within a 5-8 minute walk. You also have the option to jump on the free shuttle bus close to both car parks.

Restaurants and cafes are a 5 minute walk away from this Haut de Cagnes rental home. Similarly is the town below with its food market, supermarket, bakeries, chemist, bank and selection of shops. The town is well services with buses going to most places on the Cote d’Azur. In addition, there is a train station. The sea is a 25-30 minute walk and a free beach bus runs from the town in July and August.Official
